GoldPulse MT4 is a fully automated Expert Advisor designed exclusively for XAUUSD on MetaTrader 4. The strategy is based on pure price action. The EA reads the market bar by bar and only opens trades when Gold shows clear directional conviction, avoiding noise and false signals. When no valid setup is present, it waits.

Recovery System

When a trade moves against the initial entry, GoldPulse activates a conditional grid recovery. New positions are only added when specific drawdown thresholds are met. Before every new order, a real-time margin check is performed. If the account cannot safely support the additional exposure, the order is skipped. The full basket is managed toward a single calculated exit point at profit.

News Filter

The EA connects to an economic calendar via WebRequest and automatically pauses trading during configurable time windows around high-impact events such as NFP, FOMC and CPI releases. You can select which impact levels and currencies to monitor and define custom keyword filters. Trading resumes automatically after each event window closes.

Information Panel

A real-time dashboard is displayed on the chart showing balance, equity, free margin, drawdown percentage, closed profit by day and week and month, session status, spread, signal state, grid level, floating profit and loss, and group take profit and stop loss levels. A secondary panel lists upcoming news events with server time, impact level and a countdown timer.

Lot Sizing

Fixed manual lots or automatic risk-based sizing are both available. In automatic mode the EA calculates position size as a percentage of current balance, scaling up as the account grows and scaling back during drawdown periods.

Session and Spread Filters

Trading can be restricted to specific hours using the session filter. The spread filter prevents new orders from being placed when market conditions are abnormally wide, such as during rollover periods or low-liquidity sessions. An optional maximum open time parameter closes any trade that has been running longer than a defined number of minutes.

State Recovery on Restart

If MetaTrader is restarted or the EA is reloaded while trades are open, GoldPulse scans all existing orders and fully reconstructs its internal state, including direction, grid level, average price, take profit and stop loss. Management continues automatically without any manual intervention.
