Asian AMD MT5

Asia AMD EA is a rule-based Expert Advisor designed to automate an Asia-session trading strategy built around accumulation, liquidity sweeps, displacement, Fair Value Gaps (FVG), and confirmation.

Instead of relying on discretionary chart interpretation, the EA converts each stage of the setup into objective conditions that can be executed and backtested in MetaTrader 5.

Strategy Logic

The EA follows a structured sequence:

• NEW YORK CONTEXT
• PRE-ASIA ACCUMULATION
• LIQUIDITY SWEEP
• DISPLACEMENT + FVG
• FVG RETEST
• FVG RESPECT
• TRADE

During the Pre-Asia session, the EA builds an accumulation range.

Once the Asia session begins, it waits for price to sweep either side of this range and close back inside. A trade setup is considered only after a valid directional displacement creates an FVG.

The EA then waits for price to retest and respect the FVG before executing the trade.

All signal decisions are based on closed candles.

Risk Management

Three position-sizing modes are available:

• Risk % of Balance: Automatically calculates lot size based on a selected percentage of account balance.
• Risk Money: Defines a fixed amount of account currency to risk per trade.
• Fixed Lot: Uses a manually specified lot size.

Every executed position is sent with a predefined Stop Loss and Take Profit.

Stop Loss & Take Profit

Stop Loss is calculated beyond the relevant liquidity sweep with an adjustable ATR buffer.

Two target modes are available:

• Opposing Liquidity:Targets available liquidity such as the opposite side of the Pre-Asia range or previous-day liquidity.
• Fixed Risk/Reward: Uses a configurable fixed RR multiple.

Additional Filters

The EA includes optional filters for:

• New York range expansion

• Previous-day liquidity interaction

• Higher-timeframe EMA bias

• Price efficiency / clean price action

• Minimum displacement strength

• Available liquidity target

• First valid signal only

These filters can be adjusted or disabled depending on the testing configuration.

Chart Visualization

The EA can display:

• New York / session information

• Pre-Asia range

• Asia range

• Pre-Asia High and Low

• Liquidity sweep markers

• Fair Value Gaps

• Entry, Stop Loss and Take Profit levels

• Real-time strategy dashboard

Time Zone System

The strategy uses New York local time as its reference.

Asia AMD EA automatically converts New York session times into broker time using the configured broker GMT offset.

Automatic New York Daylight Saving Time adjustment is also available.

Session times are fully adjustable in the EA settings.
