Telegram Signal Copier MT4

Telegram Signal Copier connects selected Telegram groups and channels to MetaTrader 4 through a local Windows Companion application, with automatic risk-based execution and trade management.

Telegram Signal Copier is an MT4 utility designed to execute compatible trading signals received in Telegram groups and channels accessible from the user's own Telegram account.

The system consists of two components:

1. Telegram Signal Copier EA for MetaTrader 4 — installed through MQL5 Market.

2. Telegram Signal Copier Companion for Windows — connects the user's Telegram account, monitors selected groups/channels, parses compatible messages and sends validated commands locally to MT4.

IMPORTANT: the Windows Companion is required to connect Telegram to the EA. The Companion download and complete installation instructions are available in the Comments section of this product.

The Companion must remain running while signals are being monitored.

How it works

Telegram Account → Selected Groups/Channels → Windows Companion → MT4 → Trade Execution

Main features

• Select multiple Telegram groups and channels.

• Uses the customer's own Telegram account.

• Supports market BUY and SELL signals.

• Explicit Entry price or, for supported formats, market entry without an Entry price.

• Stop Loss is required.

• Supports 1, 2 or 3 Take Profit levels.

• One Telegram signal = one MT4 position.

• Automatic lot calculation based on a selectable percentage of current account equity.

• Risk calculation uses the real MT4 execution price and the signal Stop Loss.

• Broker minimum lot, maximum lot and lot step are respected.

• TP1 and TP2 can be managed as virtual milestones.

• When TP1 is reached, Stop Loss can be moved to the real MT4 entry price / Breakeven.

• The last available TP is used as the final broker-side Take Profit.

• Telegram messages sent as replies to the original signal can be associated with the related MT4 trade.

• Supported management actions include:

  • Move SL to Breakeven

  • TP1 Hit

  • TP2 Hit

  • TP3 Hit

  • Close Trade

• Duplicate signal protection.

• Signal expiry protection.

• Entry-deviation protection when price has already moved too far from the original Entry.

• Automatic rejection of invalid signal structures.

• Local execution and diagnostic logs.

• The MT4 EA does not require DLL calls.

Risk management

RiskPercent defines the percentage of current MT4 account equity to risk on each new trade.

Position size is calculated using:

• Current equity

• Real MT4 execution price

• Signal Stop Loss

• Broker TickValue

• Broker TickSize

• Minimum lot

• Maximum lot

• Lot step

The final lot size may vary between brokers because contract specifications can differ.

Multi-target management

When a signal contains multiple targets, the copier keeps one single MT4 position.

Example:

GBPUSD BUY @ 1.2500
SL: 1.2480
TP1: 1.2520
TP2: 1.2540
TP3: 1.2560

Management:

TP1 → Virtual milestone → SL to Breakeven
TP2 → Virtual milestone → Trade continues
TP3 → Final broker-side Take Profit

If the signal contains only one TP, that level is used as the final Take Profit.

Telegram reply management

When the provider sends a management message as a Telegram reply to the original signal, the Companion can identify the original message and manage the related MT4 position.

Supported actions include:

• Move SL to entry / Breakeven

• TP1 Hit

• TP2 Hit

• TP3 Hit

• Close Trade

Installation

After purchasing the EA from MQL5 Market:

1. Install the EA in MetaTrader 4.

2. Attach it to one MT4 chart.

3. Enable AutoTrading.

4. Open the Comments section of this product.

5. Download all 3 ZIP files of the Telegram Signal Copier Companion V1.10 attached there.

6. Extract PART1, PART2 and PART3 into the same folder.

7. Run REBUILD_COMPANION.bat .

8. TelegramSignalCopierCompanion.exe will be created automatically.

9. Run TelegramSignalCopierCompanion.exe .

10. Click Connect Telegram.

11. Connect your own Telegram account.

12. Open Channels / Groups.

13. Select the groups/channels you want to monitor.

14. Click Save Selection.

15. Click START COPIER.

16. Configure RiskPercent and the execution protection parameters inside the MT4 EA.

Python is not required.

Important limitations — Version 1.10

• A Windows PC or Windows VPS is required.

• The Companion must remain running to receive new Telegram messages.

• Version 1.10 supports only market BUY and SELL orders.

• BUY LIMIT, SELL LIMIT, BUY STOP and SELL STOP are not supported in this version.

• Image-only signals are not supported.

• The parser supports common text-based signal formats but cannot guarantee compatibility with every custom provider format.

• The symbol shown in Telegram must correspond to a symbol available in the broker's MT4 terminal.

• Automatic broker prefix/suffix symbol mapping is not included in Version 1.10.

• Telegram message delivery depends on Telegram services and the user's internet connection.

Safety

AllowRealAccount is disabled by default.

It is recommended to perform the first tests on a demo account.

Before using a real account, verify:

• Signal parsing

• Symbol names

• Lot calculation

• Stop Loss

• Take Profit
