Magic Finger Pro — Indicator Overview

Magic Finger Pro is the upgraded version of Magic Finger, featuring multi-timeframe (MTF) cross-period trend tracking and built-in stop-loss functionality. Whether you are an intraday trader or a medium-to-long-term trend follower, it provides tailored operational guidance for your strategy.

This is an indicator I have used personally since I first wrote "Magic Finger" in 2018. It is much more than just an indicator—it is essentially my entire trading system. You can view my trading history by visiting my profile page.

Trading Strategies by Style

  • For Intraday Traders: Trade during active market hours. Use the color-changing lines to determine your trade direction, and treat the finger signals as a filter.
  • For Trend Traders: Focus on time frames of H1 or higher. Wait for finger signals to appear near key price zones before entering the market, using the color-changing lines for trend confirmation.

Risk Management & Key Levels

  • Stop Loss: Can be managed using the stop-loss dots as a reference point.
  • RS: Acts as a critical dividing line between bullish and bearish market phases.
  • ADR (Average Daily Range): Provides a visual reference for the intraday trading range, helping you intuitively identify price levels that offer a higher risk-to-reward ratio.
