Strategy Concept
Gold Momentum Stable is not designed as an aggressive high-risk EA.
The main idea is to trade selected GOLD market conditions using several internal modules.
The EA focuses on:
1. Long momentum support
2. Short reversal after strong upward movement
3. Extra long reversal after sharp downward movement
The long-side logic is the main signal component of the strategy.
The short-side logic is used carefully as a supporting component.
GOLD often has strong directional movements, but it can also reverse sharply.
For that reason, this EA does not rely on only one simple entry rule.
It combines momentum-based entries and controlled reversal-support entries.
The goal is not to enter the market too frequently.
The goal is to trade selected time windows and selected market conditions with fixed risk control.
Internal Logic Overview
Gold Momentum Stable includes several internal modules.
Long Momentum Support
This module looks for GOLD upward momentum on the M5 timeframe.
It checks recent price movement, trend position, RSI condition, spread, and allowed trading time.
This module is intended to follow selected upward movement conditions.
Short Reversal Support
This module looks for a possible short-side setup after a strong upward movement.
It is not used as the main aggressive selling logic.
It is used as a supporting module when GOLD shows a strong upward spike and a controlled reversal condition appears.
Extra Long Reversal Support
This module looks for a possible long-side recovery after a sharp downward movement.
It is designed as a complementary module to support the EA during different market conditions.
Risk Control
Gold Momentum Stable does not use martingale, grid, or averaging.
The EA does not increase lot size automatically after losses.
Each position is opened with a Stop Loss.
The EA also uses time-based exit logic and Friday close logic to avoid unintended weekend holding.
