What it does

RetroMetaPro is a fully automated expert advisor for XAUUSD on the M15 timeframe. Instead of betting everything on one trading pattern, it watches the market through four different lenses at once:

• Moving-average pullback — buys dips inside an established trend
• RSI reversion — fades short-term extremes at the boundary of a swing
• Donchian breakout — joins fresh momentum when price clears a bar high or low
• Bollinger squeeze release — catches the volatility expansion after a tight range

Every signal goes through a built-in confidence filter trained on 10 years of tick-derived XAUUSD history. Only setups with a proven historical edge are forwarded to the trade router. If two strategies agree on direction, position size is automatically scaled up. If two strategies disagree, the EA stays flat. Simple, transparent, structured.

Why it's different from typical "gold EAs"

• No martingale. No grid. No averaging. One position at a time, hard stop loss on every trade.
• Structure-based stop loss. SL is placed at the actual swing high/low of the last 3 closed bars plus a buffer.
• Activation-threshold trailing stop. Trailing only engages once the trade has shown meaningful profit (default 20 pips).
• Same-bar re-entry block and N-bar cooldown. After every close, refuses to re-enter for a full bar.
• Time-zone session overlay. Shows Asian / London / NY / Overlap status on live charts. Hidden in Strategy Tester.
• Engine is symbol-agnostic. Tuned for XAUUSD M15.
