Arrival is a fully automated Forex Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5, designed for systematic market analysis, algorithmic trade execution, and flexible position management.
The EA combines a multi-level signal engine with automated money management, spread and volatility filters, pending-order management, basket trailing, and trading-series controls.
How Arrival Works
Arrival continuously processes market data through its Primary and Secondary Signal Engine.
The analytical model evaluates price behavior using configurable periods, deviations, channel parameters, polynomial calculations, extremum analysis, and step adjustment.
When the configured conditions are met, Arrival can initiate a trading operation. The EA then continues monitoring the market and manages active positions according to the selected risk and trade-management settings.
The main workflow is:
Market Analysis → Signal Evaluation → Entry → Position Management → Series Control → Exit
Main Settings
AdaptivePoints — enables adaptive point calculation.
MaxTradesInSeries — maximum number of trades allowed in one trading series.
Money Management
AutoLotEnabled — enables automatic position sizing.
RiskPerTrade — risk parameter used for automatic lot calculation.
StartLot — starting/fixed lot size when automatic lot calculation is disabled.
DrawdownLimit — configured drawdown protection threshold.
These settings allow traders to control position sizing and account-level risk according to their own configuration.
Spread Filter
UseMaxSpread — enables the maximum spread filter.
DynamicSpreadCheck — enables dynamic spread validation.
SpreadLimit — maximum allowed spread in points.
The filter can restrict new entries when the current spread exceeds the configured conditions.
Stop Loss / Take Profit
StopLossPoints — Stop Loss distance in points.
TakeProfitPoints — Take Profit distance in points.
These parameters define the basic protective and target levels for individual positions.
Pending Order Management
PendingTrailEnabled — enables pending-order trailing.
PendingEntryOffset — initial offset used for pending entries.
PendingTrailDistance — trailing distance for pending-order management.
This module allows pending entries to be dynamically managed as market conditions change.
Basket Management
Arrival supports basket-level trade management for related positions.
BasketTrailEnabled — enables basket trailing.
BasketTrailStart — level at which basket trailing becomes active.
BasketTrailStep — trailing step used after activation.
Basket management allows the EA to evaluate and manage the combined result of related positions.
Volatility Filter
UseVolatilityRange — enables the volatility filter.
MinVolatility — minimum permitted volatility.
MaxVolatility — maximum permitted volatility.
These parameters define the volatility range in which the EA can operate.
Signal Settings
The Signal Engine is the main analytical component of Arrival.
SecondaryPeriod — calculation period of the secondary analytical component.
PrimaryDeviation — deviation parameter of the primary signal component.
SecondaryDeviation — deviation parameter of the secondary signal component.
PrimaryChannelWidth — width of the primary analytical channel.
PrimaryPolyDegree — polynomial degree used by the primary analytical model.
ExtremumLookback — historical lookback used for extremum analysis.
StepAdjustment — adjustment step used by the signal engine.
SecondaryChannelWidth — width of the secondary analytical channel.
SecondaryPolyDegree — polynomial degree used by the secondary analytical model.
These parameters provide detailed control over the behavior and sensitivity of the signal engine.
Series Protection
SeriesGuardLevel — additional protection level for extended trading series when the Series Protection module is available.
It provides additional control when a trading sequence becomes prolonged.
General Settings
TradeMagic — unique Magic Number used to identify Arrival trades.
Default: 48215
FillingType — MT5 order filling mode used for trade execution according to broker and symbol requirements.
