R5U Gold Momentum Trader is a fully automated XAUUSD / Gold Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5 (MT5).

The EA combines market structure, price action and momentum confirmation to identify qualified Gold trading opportunities and automatically manage order execution, positions, protection and risk.

R5U is designed for selective market participation rather than continuous or high-frequency trading. A trade is allowed only when the required market environment, opportunity and execution conditions meet the system's internal requirements.

Trading Style

R5U is not designed to remain continuously active in the market.

The EA monitors XAUUSD and waits until its internal trading requirements are satisfied before allowing a new trade.

Depending on Gold market conditions, some periods may contain several opportunities, while other periods may contain very few trades or no valid opportunities.

This is a normal part of the system design.

R5U prioritizes trade selection and controlled market participation rather than maximizing trading frequency.

Broker and Execution Environment

R5U is designed primarily for XAUUSD / Gold.

Gold trading conditions can vary between brokers, including spread, commission, liquidity, slippage, execution speed, quote precision, contract specifications, Tick Size, Tick Value, Stops Level, Freeze Level, leverage and server trading conditions.

These differences may affect both backtesting and live trading results.

R5U includes adaptive handling for broker Stops Level and Freeze Level restrictions and can use appropriate position-protection methods according to the execution environment.

However, no automated trading system can completely eliminate execution differences between brokers and account environments.

Leverage and Margin

Account leverage and available margin may affect how R5U trades.

Lower leverage or higher margin requirements can limit available position size or prevent certain otherwise valid trades from being opened. This may result in different trade sequences between account environments.

Users should therefore test R5U with leverage, account type, margin conditions and broker specifications that are reasonably close to their intended live environment.

Higher account leverage does not mean that higher trading risk should be used.

Recommended Environment

Recommended conditions include:

MetaTrader 5
XAUUSD / Gold
The intended broker or a comparable trading environment
The intended or similar account type
Realistic spread and trading costs
Sufficient available margin
Stable internet and VPS connectivity

Before live use, users should verify Gold contract specifications, trading sessions, margin requirements and execution conditions with their broker.

Results obtained from one broker or account environment should not automatically be expected to reproduce identically on another.

Backtesting and Live Trading

Historical tests, simulated results and past trading performance do not guarantee future results.
