Kiwi Smart Trend System MT5 is a multi-feature trend and signal indicator for MetaTrader 5.

The indicator combines trend direction, momentum, volatility, volume and multi-timeframe analysis in one clear chart system. It is designed to help traders identify market direction, evaluate signal conditions and plan potential entries with configurable risk-to-reward zones.

Kiwi Smart Trend System is an analytical indicator. It does not open, modify or close trades.

SIGNAL MODES

Trend Mode

Generates signals when the fast and slow trend averages cross and the enabled filters confirm the setup.

Pullback Mode

Looks for price pullbacks toward the fast trend average while the main trend remains active.

Reversal Mode

Looks for potential reversal conditions using candle direction, price movement and RSI behaviour.

The dashboard displays trend direction across the following timeframes:

TRADE PLANNING ZONES

The indicator can display a visual trade-planning area after a signal or confirmed trend change.

Each zone includes:

• Entry level

• Stop Loss reference

• Take Profit reference

• Configurable risk-to-reward ratio

• BUY or SELL direction

• Historical result shown in R multiples

The zones are analytical chart tools only. They do not place orders or guarantee that the displayed levels will be reached.

CLOSED-CANDLE SIGNALS

Closed-candle signal processing is enabled by default. This helps traders evaluate completed-bar conditions instead of relying only on an unfinished candle.

Users can change this option in the indicator settings.

INPUT PARAMETERS

Core Trend Engine

• Signal Mode: Select Trend, Pullback or Reversal logic.

• Fast EMA: Fast exponential moving-average period.

• Slow EMA: Slow exponential moving-average period.

• ATR Period: Period used for volatility calculations.

• Cloud ATR: Controls the width of the trend cloud.

• ADX Period: Period used to calculate trend strength.

• Minimum ADX: Minimum trend-strength value required for filtered signals.

• Closed Candle Signals: Use completed candles for signal alerts.

Signal Filters

• RSI Period: RSI calculation period.

• RSI Buy Level: Minimum RSI value for buy confirmation.

• RSI Sell Level: Maximum RSI value for sell confirmation.

• Use Volume Filter: Enable or disable tick-volume confirmation.

• Volume Lookback: Number of candles used for average volume.

Risk and Chart Tools

• Trail ATR: ATR multiplier for the trailing reference line.

• Swing Lookback: Lookback used for support and resistance.

• Risk Reward: Target-to-risk ratio displayed in trade zones.

• Stop ATR: ATR multiplier used to calculate the Stop Loss reference.

• Zone Bars: Horizontal length of each trade zone.

• Maximum Trade Zones: Maximum number of recent zones displayed.

• Outcome Bars: Number of candles used to evaluate a historical zone.

• Show Trade Zones: Display or hide risk-to-reward zones.

• Show All Trend Change Zones: Display zones at confirmed trend changes.

• Show Support Resistance: Display recent support and resistance.

• Color Candles: Apply bullish and bearish candle colours.

• Show Dashboard: Display or hide the information panel.

• Sound File: Select the alert sound file.

RECOMMENDED USE

Kiwi Smart Trend System can be applied to Forex, metals, indices and other symbols available in MetaTrader 5.

M5 and M15 are practical starting timeframes for active analysis. Higher timeframes can be used for broader trend confirmation.

Default settings provide a starting configuration. Results can vary by symbol, timeframe, spread, volatility, broker data and market conditions. Test the indicator in the MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester and on a demo account before using its signals in live trading.
