IBI Vwap draws the Volume-Weighted Average Price calculated on the real volume of the exchange, with ±1 and ±2 standard-deviation bands.

What you see

  • VWAP: the average price paid by all participants since the session start, weighted by real traded volume. Institutions use it as a benchmark: above it buyers are in control, below it sellers are.
  • ±1 and ±2 standard-deviation bands: how far price stretches from its average. The ±2 band marks an extension zone.
  • Short labels on the right: VWAP (with its value), +1, −1, +2, −2.

Reset options

  • CME session (6 pm New York time)
  • New York open (9:30 am)
  • Tokyo open (9 am)

Server time is detected automatically.

Requirements

  • CME futures only (MNQ, NQ, MES, ES, CL, GC…): real exchange volume is required. A broker such as AMP Global USA provides this data, even on a free demo account.
  • Does not work on CFDs / Forex: there is no real exchange volume — the indicator draws nothing and shows "CME futures required".

Main inputs: reset session, show/hide bands, show/hide labels, label size. Soft, eye-friendly colours.
