LUSIDA is designed to manage a prop firm challenge account within defined firm limits and to use lower risk settings during the funded phase.

In an eight-year MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester simulation using FTMO 1-Step rules, LUSIDA simulated 52 challenge attempts and passed 34. Approximately two out of three simulated passes were achieved on the first attempt. No challenge was lost because of the daily loss limit during the eight-year simulation. In funded mode, no simulated account loss was observed in any of the eight tested variation IDs over the same eight-year test.

The performance figures on this page are measured from historical Strategy Tester simulations; weaker years are shown alongside stronger years.

MEASURED RECORD

Eight years in MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester using one-minute OHLC modelling. Every trade included spread, commission and slippage. FTMO 1-Step rules: 10% target, 3% daily loss, 10% trailing maximum loss.

Measurement Result
Test period August 2018 – July 2026 (8 years)
Simulated challenges 52
Challenges passed 34 simulated passes — 65.4%
Worst consecutive losing streak 2 consecutive losses — never reached 3
Daily loss limit breaches 0 in the eight-year simulation
Average simulated passes per year 4.3
Time to target median 34 trading days, fastest 11
Instruments EURUSD, XAUUSD, USDJPY
Risk per trade 0.75% challenge / 0.25% funded

Daily loss result: In this simulation, no challenge was lost because of the daily loss limit. All 18 losses came from the total loss limit, and the same result was observed across all eight tested variations.

LOSSES AS PART OF THE RECORD

No trading strategy can guarantee that every future challenge will be passed. Reaching a 10% target requires taking risk, and a position size sufficient to reach the target can also move the account toward its loss limit. The 18 losses shown above are therefore part of the record and are presented alongside the 34 passes.

WORST CASE IN THE MEASURED RECORD

Worst case What happened in the simulation
Maximum consecutive challenge losses 2 — never reached 3
Number of occurrences 5 times in 8 years
Maximum attempts required for a pass 3
Longest period between passes 10 months (once, 2020–2021)
All 8 variations — challenges passed 27 – 34, average 31
All 8 variations — pass rate 60.8% – 65.4%, average 62.9%
All 8 variations — worst losing streak 2 or 3 — never 4
All 8 variations — daily limit breaches 0 in all variations

Your account will not be a copy of another user's account. Each installation runs a trade variation ID, assigned automatically unless you set it yourself. Whatever the value, the features, rules and trading decisions are the same; the ID changes execution detail only — the position of a pending order within the setup range, the second in which it is sent, and the exact position size within the tested risk range. The range above is shown to represent the full set of tested variations rather than a single result.

Hardest period: late 2020 and 2021 were the weakest period in the record, with two losses and a ten-month gap. Two simulated passes followed within eight weeks. The fixed-fractional risk approach is designed to limit the recovery time associated with an individual loss.

TIME TO TARGET

Attempt Simulated passes Cumulative
1st attempt 22 65%
2nd attempt 8 88%
3rd attempt 4 100%
4th attempt or later 0

For the variation shown here, the eight-year simulation produced 34 passes, averaging 4.3 per year. Of these, 22 occurred on the first simulated attempt. Half of the passes were completed within 34 trading days (about seven weeks); the fastest took 11 days.

Some challenges progressed more slowly. Four of the 34 passes took longer than three months. A challenge that was still open on day 60 passed later at a rate of 44%, below the overall 65% rate. Because FTMO 1-Step has no time limit, a slower challenge creates a time cost. LUSIDA does not increase risk to reach the target faster; it maintains the configured risk values and waits for its trading conditions.

YEAR BY YEAR — INCLUDING WEAKER YEARS

Year Entered Passed Lost Rate
2018 (from August) 3 3 0 100%
2019 7 5 2 71%
2020 4 2 2 50%
2021 7 3 4 43%
2022 9 6 3 67%
2023 6 5 1 83%
2024 6 4 2 67%
2025 6 5 1 83%
2026 (through July) 4 1 3 25%
TOTAL 52 34 18 65.4%

2021 and 2026 are included deliberately. Weaker years are part of the record just as stronger years are; the full period is shown together.

Lost column: these are annual totals, not consecutive losses. The four challenges lost in 2021 were spread across the year, and the consecutive losing streak in that year never exceeded 2.

TWO MODES: CHALLENGE AND FUNDED

Challenge and funded phases use different risk settings. LUSIDA supports both configurations and moves to lower position sizing after the user confirms the transition to the funded phase.

8-year Strategy Tester simulation in funded mode Result
Simulated accounts lost 0 — across all 8 variation IDs
Account growth 100,000 → 221,329 USD
Compound annual return 10.6% (9.3–10.6% across 8 variations)
Maximum drawdown 8.0% — limit 10%
Best / worst full year +20.4% / -1.6%
Total simultaneous risk cap 0.90%
High-impact news window no new trades
Same account operated at challenge risk 2 simulated account losses over 8 years

The same engine and signals are used; the primary change in funded mode is position sizing. No simulated account loss was observed during the eight-year funded-mode simulation, and the maximum drawdowns across all eight variations ranged from 7.5% to 8.0% against the 10% limit.

  • Phase transition. After you confirm the pass, LUSIDA automatically reduces position sizing for the funded phase.
  • Already funded? Set Start in phase to Funded to begin with the funded configuration.
  • Loss-floor setting. The funded configuration uses a fixed starting-balance floor by default. If a firm's contract uses a different loss-floor method, select the appropriate option and verify the current rules.
  • Total risk cap. Risk is measured across positions open at the same time, including spread, commission and slippage. LUSIDA uses a 0.90% total open-risk cap in funded mode; it reduces an order that does not fit or skips it.
  • News window. No new position is opened around high-impact news in funded mode. The calendar is MetaTrader 5's built-in economic calendar; no external file or DLL is used.

What the software controls and does not control. LUSIDA uses fixed-fractional risk: a stop is used on each trade; no martingale, grid, adding to losers or overnight holding. Firm limits are monitored according to the configured rule set. A firm's own discretion cannot be controlled by software; payout approval remains the firm's decision. Read the current firm agreement.

PERSONAL CAPITAL

Strategy Tester simulation; not live trading results. The same engine tested on one account for the full period with the prop limits widened so that they do not intervene. On a personal account this is configured through the Other Firm profile, where you enter your own target and loss values:

100,000 USD 916,926 USD — 9.2x over 7.9 years
Compound annual return 32.3% (28.6–32.3% across 8 variations)
Maximum drawdown -22.4%
Sharpe ratio (daily returns, annualized) 1.33
Total trades / winning trades 2,786 / 42.2%
Losing months / worst month 37 of 95 / December 2022 -8.1%
Negative years 2 of 9 (-6.4% and -8.5%)

The maximum drawdown in the simulation was 22.4%, after which the equity curve reached new highs. This is a historical simulation result and is not a statement of live or future performance.

The product runs two phases — Challenge and Funded — and either can be pointed at a personal account through the Other Firm profile. Simulation costs include USD 7 round-turn commission per lot, spread at entry and slippage.

FIRM RULES

Select a supported firm profile and LUSIDA applies the configured rule set automatically. Custom profiles can be used for firms not on the list.

  • Daily loss limit — tracked intraday rather than only at the close. Zero breaches were observed in the eight-year simulation.
  • Total loss limit — configured according to the challenge or funded setup.
  • Consistency / best-day rule — continuously monitored where supported by the selected firm profile.
  • Minimum trading days — tracked according to the configured rule.
  • Inactivity warning — counts consecutive days without a trade and warns on day 20. In the eight-year simulation the longest gap without a trade was 7 days.
  • Position sizing and time settings — calculated using account currency and trading-server information; symbols and session windows follow the selected configuration.

TARGET VALIDATION

LUSIDA shows TARGET REACHED only when the closed balance has reached the target, no position remains open, the required minimum trading days are complete and the configured consistency rule is satisfied. Floating profit that touches the target and falls back does not count. Even when these conditions are met, LUSIDA stops and waits for the user to confirm the firm's approval.

CONTROL PANEL

A chart-based control panel is available in English or Turkish.

  • Distance to target and estimated finish date based on realized pace
  • Daily and total buffers in account currency
  • Equity curve, daily status and best-day ratio
  • Open positions and recent trades
  • Built-in eight-page guide and help buttons

START and STOP remain under user control. No trade order is sent until the user presses START.

SETUP

Log in to the account, attach LUSIDA to a single chart, select the firm profile and press START. If a symbol name is incorrect or Algo Trading is disabled, the panel reports the condition.

State is written to disk continuously; if the VPS restarts, the daily state is rebuilt from stored data. A single-instance lock prevents a second copy from duplicating orders. A VPS is not required, but it is recommended for continuous operation.

Requirements: MetaTrader 5 · a broker quoting EURUSD, XAUUSD and USDJPY (symbol names are configurable if your broker uses different ones) · a hedging-enabled MT5 account · a VPS recommended.

TESTED FIRM

FTMO 1-Step is the primary tested configuration used for the performance data on this page. The tested rules are: 10% target, 3% daily loss and 10% trailing maximum loss.

Other Firm allows configuration of target, daily loss and maximum loss values for a firm that is not listed. Prop firm rules and automated trading policies can change; read the firm's current rules before purchasing a challenge.

LIMITED TO 100 LICENSES

LUSIDA is limited to 100 licenses. The limit is intended to reduce concentration of identical system orders across a large number of accounts.

Trade variation ID. LUSIDA assigns this ID automatically for each installation, so two owners do not place identical orders without any setup on your part; you can also enter a specific value in the settings. All features, rules and trading decisions are the same for every value: the same days, the same instruments and the same directions. The ID changes execution detail only — where the pending order sits inside the setup range, the second in which it is submitted, and the exact position size within the tested risk range (approximately ±6% around the risk setting, never above the tested maximum). Two users trading the same week therefore fill at different prices and times.

Tier Licenses Price
FOUNDER — current tier 1 – 10 349 USD
Second tier 11 – 30 749 USD
Third tier 31 – 60 1,099 USD
Final tier 61 – 100 1,599 USD

The price tier increases as licenses are sold. The product will be withdrawn from sale after 100 licenses are reached. Purchased licenses include future product updates at no additional charge.

One license covers every use of the product — the challenge phase, the funded phase and a personal account. There is no recurring fee and no usage-count limit.

RISK WARNING. All performance figures on this page come from historical simulations in MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading leveraged instruments involves substantial risk and you can lose money. Prop firm rules may change; read the firm's current terms before purchasing a challenge. Nothing on this page guarantees passing a challenge or making a profit.
