DeltaDOM — Volume Profile + Depth of Market + Delta Volume
Overview
DeltaDOM is a professional all-in-one Order Flow analysis indicator for MetaTrader 5. It combines three powerful tools in a single indicator: a real-time Volume Profile, a live Depth of Market (DOM) panel, and a Delta Volume tracker — giving you institutional-grade market visibility directly on your chart.

Key Features
Volume Profile
- Calculates buy and sell volume distribution across up to 200 bars
- Identifies VPOC (Point of Control) — the price with the highest traded volume
- Calculates Value Area High (VAH) and Value Area Low (VAL) with configurable percentage (default 70%)
- Detects High Volume Nodes (HVN) and Low Volume Nodes (LVN) — key support and resistance levels
- Displays Delta per price row (buy − sell imbalance at each level)
- Full buy/sell histogram with color-coded bars
Depth of Market (DOM)
- Real-time live order book panel updated every 250ms
- Classifies each level by order type: LIMIT, MARKET, STOP BUY, STOP SELL, OCO
- Detects OCO pairs (matching volumes on opposite sides)
- Highlights liquidity zones with a visual score from 1 to 5
- Configurable minimum volume threshold for liquidity detection
Delta Volume
- Global buy/sell delta with percentage bar
- Color-coded delta per profile row
- Optional alerts for extreme delta and high liquidity events
Chart Levels
- Draws horizontal lines directly on the chart: VPOC, VAH, VAL, HVN, LVN and DOM liquidity levels
- Shaded Value Area zone (rectangle overlay)
- Fully configurable line styles, widths and colors
- Optional price labels on every level
Visibility Controls
- Master switch to hide all overlays and panels at once (clean chart mode)
- Independent toggles for the Volume Profile panel and DOM panel
- All elements can be hidden without removing the indicator
How It Works
The Volume Profile engine divides the price range of the selected bars into rows and distributes tick or real volume across them. Buy/sell ratio per bar is estimated from candle body direction and size. The DOM panel reads live data from MarketBookGet and refreshes every 250ms via an internal timer. All canvas panels are rendered as high-performance bitmaps using CCanvas .

Requirements
- Platform: MetaTrader 5
- DOM data: Your broker must provide Depth of Market access for the traded symbol. Without it, the DOM panel will display no data (the Volume Profile continues to work normally).
- Volume type: Uses real volume when available; falls back to tick volume automatically.
- Compatible with: Forex, Futures, Stocks, Crypto, Indices — any MT5 symbol with volume data.
Notes
- The indicator does not repaint — all calculations are based on closed bar data.
- DOM panel requires the symbol's order book to be active (not available on all brokers or during off-market hours).
- Update frequency is 250ms by default to balance performance and responsiveness.
