Candle Close Countdown MTF shows how much time is left before the current candle closes. The countdown appears in a chart corner of your choice and, if you want, also next to the current price, right after the last candle. It is useful when you wait for a candle close to confirm an entry, a breakout or a pattern.
The indicator does not depend on incoming ticks. A one-second timer reads the trade server time, so the countdown keeps moving even on quiet markets or when the symbol has no new quotes. When the market is closed, the text says "waiting for the next candle" instead of showing a wrong time.
- Works on every timeframe, from M1 to MN1. Monthly candles are calculated on their real length.
- Can count down a different timeframe from the chart, for example the H1 close while you trade on M5.
- The format adapts to the time left: mm:ss, hh:mm:ss or days with hh:mm:ss.
- The text changes color during the last seconds before the close.
- No buffers and no calculations on history: it only draws two text labels and removes them when you delete the indicator.
