CORRELIX trades two correlated currency pairs as a single hedged basket. It opens both legs at the same moment in opposite directions, manages a ladder on each leg separately, and closes everything at once when their combined profit reaches the target.
How it works
Inside your chosen server-time window, when no basket is open, CORRELIX opens both legs with the same lot size: BUY EURUSD together with SELL GBPUSD by default, or the reverse. Entries are checked on new M15 bars and are blocked while the spread on either pair is above your limit.
Each leg is then managed on its own, measured in pips from that leg's last fill. If price moves against the leg by the ladder step, the robot adds a position at the last lot multiplied by LotExponent . If price moves with the leg by the same step, it adds a position at the same lot. Each leg holds at most 1 + MaxTrades positions, and ladder management continues around the clock, so a basket opened inside the session is still managed after the session closes.
All positions of both legs close together when the combined basket profit reaches the target: a percentage of balance by default, a fixed amount, or a pip target on the base lot. The base lot grows with the account and is always clamped to the broker's volume limits.
Risk controls
- Equity stop: closes everything and halts if equity falls below a chosen percentage of balance.
- Spread filter on both pairs, applied to entries and to ladder additions.
- Daily basket limit, plus a drain switch that stops new baskets while managing open ones.
- Both legs or neither: if the second leg fails to open, the first is closed immediately.
- Margin checked before every order; lots respect the broker's minimum, maximum and step.
- Restart recovery: basket state is rebuilt from live positions at every start.
The interface
The dashboard shows combined basket profit with a target ring and progress bar, a card for each leg with its ladder, break-even, spread and the distance and lot of its next step, an account block with balance, equity, today's result and maximum floating drawdown, an equity curve, and a live activity feed. It is draggable, collapsible and adapts to the chart size.
On the chart you get a floating basket profit chip, rounded buy and sell badges at every fill, the break-even line, the target zone, next averaging and pyramiding levels with price tags, result tags of recent baskets and a compact status card. Everything is drawn from live state, and every element can be switched off.

Requirements
- Hedging account, because the ladder needs independent positions.
- Both symbols available at your broker; a low-spread account is recommended.
- Attach to one chart only: the robot trades both pairs from that single chart.
Important risk notice. CORRELIX uses averaging position sizing and does not place a stop loss on a basket. A basket stays open until its combined target is reached, so it can remain open for days or weeks during an adverse move, and floating drawdown can become large.
Both legs are on correlated pairs, so a basket is effectively one position on the relationship between them. Use the equity stop, test on a demo account first, and only risk capital you can afford to lose. Past results, including backtests, do not guarantee future results.
