The strategy is built around a dual Supertrend system, combining a faster trend signal with a slower confirmation layer. A trade is opened only when the fast Supertrend changes direction and the slower Supertrend confirms the same market bias. This helps filter weaker signals and focuses the EA on more established trend transitions.
Unlike systems that depend on grid, martingale or aggressive averaging techniques, Bullion Edge EA uses a straightforward risk-controlled structure. Each trade is sized dynamically according to account equity and stop-loss distance, targeting a fixed 0.5% equity risk per trade.
How Bullion Edge EA Works
The EA evaluates the market once per new candle on the selected signal timeframe.
For a BUY trade, the fast Supertrend must switch into bullish mode while the slower Supertrend is already confirming the bullish trend.
For a SELL trade, the opposite conditions must be satisfied.
The slower Supertrend is also used as the primary protective stop-loss reference. If that level cannot be used correctly, the EA automatically calculates a fallback stop based on ATR volatility.
Positions are closed when the fast Supertrend reverses against the current trade, allowing the strategy to stay in strong trends while exiting when market conditions change.
