Donchian Breakout Signals MT4 plots classic Donchian upper, lower, and middle channel lines, then marks confirmed breakout closes with optional arrows, alerts, and EA-readable signal buffers.

Use cases

  • Track breakout levels from the highest high and lowest low of the selected lookback period.
  • Spot bullish closes above the upper Donchian channel and bearish closes below the lower channel.
  • Filter signals by body close behavior and minimum candle body size relative to recent ATR.
  • Feed EAs, dashboards, or scanners with stable signal, width, and quality buffers.

  2. Start with ChannelPeriod 20 for classic Donchian breakout tracking.
