**How it works**
The EA continuously monitors price movement speed on every tick. When price accelerates beyond the configured threshold, the EA opens a trade in the direction of the spike and immediately begins protecting the position with a dollar-based trailing stop.

- **Speed-based spike detection** — measures price velocity in points per second across a rolling tick buffer, catching real spikes even when price partially retraces within the detection window
- **Dual spread filter** — applies a separate, wider spread limit during spike events, preventing false blocks caused by natural spread widening at the moment of entry
