Volume Confirmation Pro addresses this by adding a layer of intelligent volume analysis. It evaluates current volume activity against historical patterns observed during significant trend changes, helping you distinguish high-conviction moves from potentially weak signals.

  • Classic SuperTrend Foundation: Utilizes the reliable SuperTrend indicator with customizable ATR Length and Multiplier settings as its base.
  • Volume Strength Analysis: Incorporates advanced statistical analysis of relative volume patterns specific to historical trend changes (breaks).

  • Filtered Signal Arrows: Distinct arrows appear on the chart only for SuperTrend breaks that pass the optional volume filter (Default: Yellow for Buy, Blue for Sell).
  • Volume Labels: Informative text labels ("Vol: X.X%") are displayed near signals, showing the real-time calculated Volume Probability Percentile (or "N/A" if historical data is still accumulating). Font size is 12.
  • Dynamic Fill Area: A unique shaded region visually fills the area between the closing price and the SuperTrend line. The transparency of this fill adjusts dynamically based on the calculated Volume Probability – stronger probability results in a more solid, opaque fill.
  • Status Comment: A helpful message appears in the chart's top-left corner ("KDE Data Insufficient: ...") if the indicator is still gathering the necessary historical data for its volume analysis on the current chart.

Until this data is collected, the Volume Probability will show "N/A", and filtering (if enabled) will not allow signals. The status is indicated by the comment in the top-left corner.
  • Candle Display: For the indicator's colored candles to be clearly visible, hiding the chart's default candle display is recommended (via Chart Properties).
