Specification

Description: Gildepak is a purchasing cooperative for packaging materials. We need a program to calculate and fairly distribute the annual bonus (received from preferred suppliers) among our member companies (partners and members). The program should work with a set of predefined tables and data flows, and it must be able to import and export Excel files. Main Tables: Member Companies Company ID Company Name Partner or Member Suppliers Supplier ID Supplier Name Turnover Reported by Members Company ID Supplier ID Annual Turnover Turnover Reported by Suppliers Supplier ID Company ID Annual Turnover Bonus Supplier ID Rounded Bonus Supplier Report Received (y/n) Reports Approved (y/n) Total Bonus Amount Received Credit Note Received (y/n) Calculation Supplier ID Company ID Bonus per Company Distribution Percentage Partner Percentage Member Workflow of the program: The program generates an Excel template with turnover fields, which member companies complete and return. This file is imported into the database. Suppliers also provide their turnover reports (in a standard Excel format), which are imported into the database. The program generates a comparison overview: turnover according to member companies vs turnover according to suppliers. Once all reports match, this is marked as approved in the Bonus table. After receiving the supplier’s credit note, the total bonus amount is entered. The program distributes this bonus amount across the member companies based on their turnover share. The final output is an overview per company with: Total bonus earned Payable bonus (depending on partner/member percentage) Bonus share for Gildepak Technical preferences: Platform: open to Python, C# (.NET), or VBA/Access (depending on your expertise). Must support Excel import/export. User-friendly interface for file uploads and report generation. Deliverables: Working prototype (MVP). Clear documentation or user manual. Possibility for future extensions (e.g., web-based reporting)

Manage my live forex account with a disciplined, low-risk approach that produces steady monthly income. My priority is capital protection, so each trade must be sized conservatively, anchored by firm stop-loss orders, and designed to keep drawdown minimal. High-risk tactics such as martingale, grid systems, or excessive leverage are off the table; a measured, rules-based strategy is essential. I will connect the

I already have an Expert Advisor coded in MQL4, but it refuses to trade anything other than its hard-coded symbol. I want that filter gone so the same strategy can fire on any instrument—forex, indices, metals such as XAUUSD—across any timeframe. The trading logic, money management and inputs must stay exactly as they are; I simply need universal symbol support. After the MT4 file is fixed and compiles cleanly, I
