You already have a seller profile (bicas). Registering multiple sellers is not allowed. How do I change my seller profile bicas to bicas14?

i have 1000$ equity-- traded 1 lot.... so what about the subscriber who have 100 $ and 10000$ equity ????
will signals get send to them on mail or mobile or automatically get executed on their platforms ?????

1 no signals tab in the terminal (broker did not switch them off)
2 I can't authorise from mql5 account in the terminal (after clicking ok, the authorisation window disappears and nothing happens)
3 I can't subscribe from the terminal (everything is greyed out in the signals tab)
