Hi, I got this message : Trade state: the signal will be moved to archive due to absence of trading activity for a long time

 

How do I enable it back? 

 

I am not able create new signal for same MT4 account also.

 

so I read,FAQ about signals, but I can't find solve this problem.

 

and I can't find where is service desk,too.

Go to your profile,  look at the left side of the page,  you will see a link to the Service Desk.

  1. How to disable your own Signal? I do not want to broadcast it anymore.

    In the "My Signals" section open the signal you want to delete


    and click "Edit".


    Turn off the "Enabled" option and click "Save".



 
Good day! Can you please tell me if there is an opportunity to subscribe to your "private" signal? That is, I would like to work with my signal on my own accounts, but without demonstrating it publicly.

You can create a private signal (visible only to you), but nothing is copied from it, you can only view statistics.
