The strangest thing is that it is not copied at all.... Although it is clearly written in the FAQ that the first 6 symbols from the currency pair designation are taken. The account is new, there are no signals and Expert Advisors on it. What could be the reason ? The MT4 error is described above.

That's up to you. You can open another account with another broker to transfer the subscription. Or you can ask to cancel the subscription via servicedesk

You can check your VPS journal (right click on VPS) for messages like: signal subscription "......" enabled.
You can Pause a signal (got to Signals page, click on: My Subscriptions on the left hand side of the page and then on your subscription click the settings wheel and Pause), but you can't have a second subscription to another signal with the same account.
