Are you sure you are trying to subscribe to MT4 signal from MT4? Are you sure you are trying to subscribe to a real signal from real? Are you sure the technical support at the IPS did not close the ports - did you contact them? What version of IE is installed on the gateway? What is written in the log of the terminal you can't subscribe to (please attach a log file from the Log folder for the problem day)?
Had a similar problem. I can not subscribe to a signal.

No errors in the logs. Nothing at all about connecting to the signal:
When you click on the "Subscribe" button, only the time changes. Nothing else happens.
