When copying signals for some reason I did not see full synchronisation. At the very beginning when I started copying 5 positions were open (me and the supplier). During the night the supplier closed 3 positions, but I did not close them at the same time, I had to close them manually. Why was there no synchronisation? I have ticked all the boxes in the signal tab several times in the settings.
Please attach the log file of your terminal. But judging by the description - you are 99% to blame, because before synchronisation there were open positions on your trading account. And the signals service manages only those positions that it opens itself. It recognises other positions as someone else's.

No, as soon as I funded my account, I immediately connected the signals. There were no open positions before that. How can I attach the log?

In the MetaTrader 5 terminal, go to the "Tools" window, "Journal" tab. In the "Journal" tab right click and the menu item "Open" - Windows Explorer will open with the folder where the log file is located. Then in the message on the forum select "Attach file" and select the file for the day when you connected the signal and when there were questions about synchronisation.

For 02.19 I see that you have run the migration many times. The question is why?
Second: now you need a log file from the shared hosting for the moment of time "... During the night the supplier closed 3 positions, but I did not close at the same time, I had to close manually...". ".
Help: Request the log file of theplatform and advisors.
Can you tell the ignorant: if a signal provider deposits or withdraws money from his deposit, how does it affect the subscribers of his signals?
Nothing. The main thing is that he did not drain. And your deposit can withstand the drawdown received from the signal.
Advise the ignorant: if a signal provider deposits or withdraws funds from his deposit, how does it affect the subscribers of his signals?
A significant change in the Signal Provider's balance can lead to undesirable trading operations on the subscriber's accounts to equalise volumes. Read the rules of calculating volumes when copying signals. It is in the articles and documentation
