The product on display should come in a complete set, with documentation and everything else. Not smeared somewhere on forum discussions. Imagine if the documentation for your MT was posted not in a specially designated place, but in some forum discussions.
What prevents you from making a separate tab "Documentation" for this purpose? Or give an opportunity to attach your PDF file with documentation, so that everything would look civilised: there is a product, there is documentation for it, which is in the "Documentation" section, and not in the "Flood" section as you suggest.
You are not offered to post documentation on the forum. Especially in the "Flood" section.
Each product has a tab with discussion of this product. And it is strictly tied only to this product.
If there is no possibility to attach documentation to the section with description, what prevents to attach it to the neighbouring tab with discussion?
After all, MK doesn't have everything in one pile. Raise your eyes to the top of the screen - there is a clear division of all sections. There is also Documentation. Is it in the "Flood" section?
You are making your own problems.
My product is not for such users. It is a purely technical thing, where a detailed description of all the nuances is required.
You're deluded. All users are like that. Checked many times. They will still ask the same questions (available in the docs) and will misuse the product. So the product page should contain only the quintessence. Open a site of any software: where have you seen that a full description is dumped on it at once? Usually it's in a separate section, some of them even on a different domain. The local market is actually a processing centre, and for a serious product, make a dedicated site.
You are not being asked to post documentation on the forum. Especially not in the "flooding" section.
Oh, come on. And "discussion" - what do you think it is? Not a forum?
And where there is a forum, there is flooding.
You might as well open a thread on the forum and post everything there.
Once again I repeat: Documentation should be in the "Documentation" tab, not Flood, and you realise it yourself:

That's right. If these docs are somewhere in the floodboard, what do you expect? Some people won't even guess that the description should be found there.
In addition, when it's time to update the version, you'll have to write about all the changes in the general thread, because you can't edit old posts there either, as I understand, since it's a single engine with the forum. In the end, it will all grow into a new thread... And new users will have to check out the documentation smeared on the thread to be aware of it.... In general, I am not happy with such prospects.

Every product has its own discussion tab - it's not a forum. It is only a tab in your product description. That's where you should post your documentation initially. What else is there?
...
There should be a separate section for documentation, and a separate section for questions and answers. Not mixing it all in one pile.
In the Discussion tab --> New Comment and use all the facilities. You can attach pictures, videos, files. And all this will be at the very beginning.
You can ask a moderator to replace the file with documentation if necessary - I agree, it's not very convenient, but it's still better than just grumbling and doing nothing.

It is you who are grumbling in a way that is incomprehensible. What does this have to do with you? You wrote your own description in three lines - so be happy, because you will have nothing else in the "Discussion" except flud. But you suggest me to dump all the information about the project there. That me counsellors...
If you have forgotten, I will remind you that your favourite MKs, which you so defend, charge a commission of 20% - and this is a very fat piece. There are a lot of sites where you can sell your product, paying a commission much less. That's why what I'm supposedly "grumbling" here is not because I have nothing to do, but because the cost should be adequate to the quality of service. For 20% I should be given ideal conditions for describing the product, with uncut pictures and full text. And I'm not talking about advertising here, I'm just talking about the description. And the description also includes documentation, and it should not be in the background (in some "Discussion"), but in a prominent place next to the programme: either as a file, or in the "Documentation" tab, or in the description itself.
By paying such a fee, I don't have to humiliate myself and ask a moderator to edit my post if I want to make changes to the documentation (which may be required quite often).
Dear meat,
You forgot the most important thing we give for this commission - direct access to millions of terminals. You don't think that building, maintaining and developing a huge infrastructure is free, do you? Well, and on the dessert payments, collecting money, solving all the issues, etc.
Not only that, since some time we take on all the commissions of payment systems, which is an average of 2-3% of each payment.
As a design we give huge possibilities: powerful html editor, screenshots, videos and news. To understand this, just look at the AppStore and Google Play shops - there it is a real limitation on the level of Twitter's capabilities.
You don't need to humiliate yourself in front of moderators - it's a normal co-operative work. All moderators are visible, working publicly. Each product has a tab for discussions with a moderator, each has private messages for communicating with moderators directly, and also a forum.
