You're right—if a buyer shares their MQL5 account credentials, technically all other users using that account can access the product and its updates, which breaks the idea of single-user licensing. I believe there are 2 simple techniques MQL5 can implement or advocate to minimize this abuse:

1. IP-Based Geo location Behavior Monitoring

MQL5 can track:
Suspicious logins from multiple IPs/regions
Too many devices being activated in a short time

If someone logs in from 5 different cities or countries, flag for potential license abuse.

2. OTP / 2FA Enforcement

If MQL5 enforces two-factor authentication and alerts by default on:
Login from new IP/device
Excessive login attempts
it becomes harder to casually share login info.

well my product dont run on Tester xD, it confirms the scam by those fake websites, Not the hacking.

Smart. I suggested the option of disabling backtesting in EA's in another thread, even though this can also dissuade some buyers.

We understand your concern and appreciate your commitment to protecting the work of developers in the MQL5 community. Based on the images you've shared, we see the intention is to report suspicious activity and not to promote any third-party websites.

However, we kindly remind all users that the forum is not the appropriate place for handling such reports. To ensure your case is properly investigated and escalated if necessary, please contact the MetaQuotes Support Team directly via this link:

You may attach the same screenshots and include any relevant details in your message. The legal and support teams are best positioned to take appropriate action.

I’d like to remind you that “notice to principal is notice to agent; notice to agent is notice to principal.” As a MetaQuotes employee or a contractor, your knowledge of this infringement report effectively serves as notice to the company.

Given your position, you have the ability to escalate these concerns internally without asking users to resubmit through support.

I believe there’s a misunderstanding about how things actually work internally. As a forum moderator, I follow strict guidelines and do not have access to the legal or compliance teams, nor the authority to escalate cases through internal channels. That’s simply how the system is designed.

I understand your reference to “notice to agent,” but please keep in mind that MetaQuotes handles all infringement reports exclusively through the official Support Team. The forum is not a legal communication channel, and posting here doesn’t initiate any formal process.

This is why I always direct users to the support form. It ensures the information reaches the right team in the proper way.

I'm sure that Legal will handle this promptly. Google has an online piracy reporting website, and getting delisted from Google is basically being out of business. Of course, you don't really need a law degree to say that somebody is stealing your stuff.
