Fraudulent Website Selling Pirated MQL5 EAs

I would like to report a serious case of intellectual property infringement and fraudulent activity. A third-party website has recently appeared, unlawfully offering multiple high-ranking EAs from the MQL5 marketplace for sale. This site is using the exact same names, logos, and even screenshots taken directly from developers’ official MQL5 pages without permission.

The fraudulent site is selling these EAs at a fraction of their original price, misleading customers and violating the rights of legitimate developers. This not only damages the reputation of the MQL5 marketplace but also directly affects the income and motivation of honest developers who have spent significant time and effort creating their products.

I kindly ask:

Does MQL5 have a process in place to protect developers from such theft and fraud?

How can this illegal activity be stopped?

Can the MQL5 legal team take action against this website to have the stolen content removed or the site shut down?

If such actions go unchecked, it becomes increasingly difficult for developers to stay motivated or trust the integrity of the marketplace when their intellectual property is so easily stolen and misused.

Please let me know how we can proceed. I am happy to provide additional information or evidence if needed, including the URL of the fraudulent site.

I have reported these violations, but unfortunately, this fraudulent website continues its activities aggressively.
Even after an EA is updated on MQL5, this scam website quickly publishes the same update on their platform.

It's clear that they are a coordinated group of scammers who are blatantly engaging in fraud.
When you search the name of a top-ranked EA on Google, the scam website often appears at the top of the search results, which is very concerning.

MQL5 should protect the efforts and rights of EA developers against fraudsters.
Developers often spend years working hard to build and refine an EA, and it is unfair that a scammer can so easily undermine all that work and damage the product's reputation.

I have reported this to the admins, thank you.

Damn How fake these site can be? I have checked one of my $499 new product uploaded to a scam website aie**or.com for $29 but It has zero sales on MQL5 so zero possibility of piracy, leak or decompilation and 100% scam. Myself as a seller, confirms with the fact of a product published on fake sites with zero sales on mql proves its all fake website copying and pasting content from products page of MQL5. I hope legal team of MQL takes strict action against those fake websites.

Very experienced hackers have their own software that can mimics the Tester debug feature and memory dump an executable file while it runs. If the hacker is able to run it, including in demo mode, it can possibly be dumped.

Exactly, many people don’t realize that these so-called “pirated” or “hacked” EAs are actually scams. They are not real copies or cracked versions of the original MQL5.com Market products. Instead, they are entirely different EAs, of extremely poor quality, a complete waste of time and money.
