Hello, I have downloaded MT5 on to my desktop, logged into my trading account but I still the blue cloud icon on the top is grey. It isn't allowing me to connect to the host. I have a VPS with IONOS but still this clout on MT5 is grey. What am I doing wrong? Please can someone help???

if you are about MQL5 VPS so you need to fill Community tab of Metatrader with your forum login and native forum password, and please read the instruction/procedure about HowTo:

You need to login into your MQL5 account in MT5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community with you 1316923 login and then follow the instructions Sergey posted above.

Do not load more than you need on your local charts before migration, do not migrate unnecessary charts, experts or indicators.
