What is the reason why I can't BUY one EA with below appeared. This is the same amount.

I know nothing about trading yet I'm here. I topped up my account with 10 USD, and now I'm stuck and I don't know what to do with this whole platform. Please HELP.
 
I put in $6500 and it grew to $19,890.41.  I do not know how to withdraw it.  Also,  I am not getting current quotes or charts or am able to make new orders anymore.  Can anyone help?

Contact your broker, all deposits and withdrawals to your trading account are going through your broker.

 
No withdrawal to the card in Germany, what's the matter? They stopped withdrawing at all?

If you mean into your MQL5 account, what did you expected exactly?

If you mean in your broker trading account, contact your broker about it.

why ? 

To prevent money laundering, only money you have "earned" can be withdrawn, not money you have deposited into your MQL5 Community Account.

So, for special situations, you will have to contact the Service Desk to request withdrawing deposited money.

Please note that this has nothing to do with your trading account — this has to do with your MQL5 Community Account.
