I ran your EA on EURUSD M15 from the beginning of 2011 to the current day in all ticks mode and it was tested for no more than 10 minutes. You probably didn't send the exact EA you are writing about here.

Maybe it helps, I had suffered with it for 3 months waiting for the test for hours.It is also possible to create Ram disk and write/read from it, but you can't do without dll.
It is easier to keep everything in RAM, periodically syncing to a file.
As an option read from file at initialization and write to it at operation completion (but it is less reliable).
