MT5 Stuck Frozen

recently I signed up to a broker (K*to Prime) & selected their MT5 as my preferred platform. As I installed the said platform, I signed to my broker's demo account, as my attempt to get myself familiarized (testing zone). Then, I spotted a unique finding, where on Signal part of Toolbox section, there's quite a few different selection of signal provider on MT5 compared to MT4. So I tried my luck to subscribe to a free signal provider named The Art of Forex

As I subscribed to the said signal, around 15min later I found out that my chart is stagnant & won't even move a bit. As I look further, I can't also add a new chart, or even just to update the Market Watch. It's been 5 days (it was at 15th of Oct) & I still cannot access my demo account (even I can't access my real account somehow). There's "Netting" word stated on the window, & the Journal showed failure to connect to the server.. howly mowly!

I'm new to this 'trading' stuff, but please, can someone guide me what went wrong with my trading platform?
Was it caused by my decision to subscribe my demo account to a random free signal provider?
any possible clue is kindly appreciated; thank you in advance, cheers 🍻

Find Metatrader broker (there are a lot of Metatrader brokers, use google to find), and open the account according to their condition on their websites.
Try with demo first.

Your Metatrader may be frozen for many many reasons (bad internet connection, old build of Metatrader and more).
So, check Metatrader journal/log (because everything about "what" and "why" is written in Metatrader journal).
