Turned off computer = not working terminal = not working EA = no orders.

You either confuse something or are not telling. When the home computer is switched off, the order can't work, it can't appear, because the home computer is switched off and accordingly the Expert Advisor doesn't work on the home computer.

What do you mean by "the order is at breakeven"? What type of order? Is the order monitored by an EA on virtual hosting or is it monitored by an EA on a home PC?

account with EA on virtual hosting / EA opened a position, price went in my direction, Owl set a stop trade (b/loss), I switched off the PC, today I open it - the order did not work.
