3. Victor, TradeChaos on VPS from MQ can work only in fully automatic mode (when it switches on auto-activation, starts signals and executes them).
But you won't be able to continue maintenance on your PC.
In general, it's better not to trade with chaos on VPS for now.
If MQ will make synchronisation of global variables, you will be able to use it in full (continue maintenance on the server).
Although, there will be no reverse synchronisation, so you will lose maintenance when returning from the UPU to your home PC.
A half-way solution.

So I have to choose between 2:
-find a standard vps with synchronisation (if there is such a thing )
- on VPS from MQ to change the strategy of trading chaos from w/day to 4h /D

Standard VPS you synchronise yourself, manually (transfer the necessary files, as on your home PC). But there you will need additional activation for the EA.
On MQ'sVPS, chaos can only work in fully automatic mode, which is not very convenient (you can't even change the accompaniment for a certain position, or switch off the signal for an unsuitable instrument).

I have three brokers, none of them has the "allocate virtual server" submenu active. I have both demo and real accounts. Is this service not available at these brokers?

Hosting is independent of the broker and they cannot disable this feature.
Update to the latest versions and click on the active account please.

Very interesting service, and I'm ready to connect to it, because with VPS servers I think it's too complicated to deal with, but there is only one problem! I work on 2 terminals MT-4 and ala MT-4 (from different brokers) on both of them I have one account with different Expert Advisors... and how can I make it so that I get a server for 10$ and not 20$? Is the server tied to a specific platform or to my name-login in MQL4? Please solve it! Otherwise I can buy only not more than 5$ to install on each terminal separately... it will be competitive....

One account - one shared hosting = 10$ (two accounts will not pass on one hosting), the account number is linked to the hosting.

If you find hosting for 5$, it is not a fact that there will be a Windows licence (!?) and how MT4, MT5 will work on such "Windows" - nobody will give a guarantee, therefore, the time will come when this company can be covered for the use of unlicensed software. This is where a clear haemorrhoid can occur
