Unable to Migrate account to VPS

I had setup an EA run well in my account, but facing problem when I migrate my account to the VPS.
It was reported "fail to get status ..." when i checked the journal.
Please advise what could i do to fix this issue. Thank you.
I have the same issue and tried to change the account but i cant start the VPS again at all
It seems that MQL5 VPS service has some issues, I have notified the admins about it.

i sent already but please ask them to solve that issue asap we are running out of time and we rely on vps
