Metatrader is different from your broker, Why would an agent convince you to pay in money? Research your broker. Brokers normally never contact you first.

Yes! It is described in the documentation that a "datetime" is considered an "integer" type, and having the "time as the number of seconds elapsed since January 01, 1970". You can simply typecast it into an integer.

int tm = (int) TimeCurrent();
