Normally you can't withdraw non earned funds from your MQL5 account.
Contact the Service Desk about it, we can't help you here.
Just use your mobile for MT5 toss a coin and go or use a random number generator 1-5 etc for which pair or TP ,SL and come up with rules and stick to them , Look at your phone 30 min in, if in profit bounce .

Ah yes... What could possibly go wrong? Slow wireless connection. No signal. Coin falls into a storm drain. This ain't Texas. This ain't Hold'em. This ain't no no no no no. There are free random number EA's out there if that were what the OP requested, but it's not.
Getting back on topic, the OP clearly said "ea mt5" and "trade every hour." That requires a computer with Desktop MT5 and logic that places a trade each hour, respectively. Not quite so random.
