VPS problem - receiving virtual server status

hello,


i hv problem with the VPS since last night.

can't connect at all with - "receiving virtual server status"

anyone can help how to solved it?

I got the same problem here. What should I do? I check the vps that i subscribed monthly also is not renewed more than a month ago already. I subscribed to 2 vps, could this be the problem? Please help me. I tried to delete the vps server hosting but fail. I tried to end subscription also cannot. Please help me.
 
And when i tried to make new trading account with new vps, asking me for login again, i forgot my password, asked to email the new password, the email when arrive always few hours after i requested and when i clicked it, the link already expired, not working anymore. Please fix this subtle issue mql team, making us as members have to face this kind of errors every month :(

There is a known issue with these password reset emails, please try again later or tomorrow.

and what about this can't connect at all with - "receiving virtual server status" error? the vps seems to not work. i tried to delete and try to attach new vps, but unable to do that.

Try again tomorrow for that too.

If the problem persists, contact the Service Desk and ask for a change of server.
