Which account—your trading account or your MQL5 Community wallet?

If it is your trading account, then you need to discuss that with your broker.

If it is your MQL5 Community wallet, then you can only withdraw earnings. However, you are not a seller, so that does not seem to be the case, unless you have earnings from MQL5 Cloud sharing.

Ask your broker for support; because the trading accounts are related to the brokers.
if it is demo account so you can open the other demo account with any broker supported (becaus emany brokers are providing the demo accounts for limited time only).

You are not validated user here so you can not withdraw ... and it is written on your profile here https://www.mql5.com/en/users/n.vatan/accounting/withdraw

About Webmoney - ask them about the following: do they accept your country for witjdrawal to them or not (because as I know - not all the countries are accepted by this webmoney payment system which is EU based payment system).
