You can tell it to the European Union authorities.

Because this thread is not about to complain to EU or to some governments or some Central Banks of the countries.

As I understand - we will have ePayments soon for withdrawal.
If we can withdraw money from mql5 account to ePayments so let's speak about the following:
how to withdraw money from ePayments ewallet to ... local card, local phone number, ...?
(because ePayments is working under EU legislation too) ..

Idea about ePayments.

I registered in ePayments, and they (ePayments) made an announcement that they are having technical problems to withdraw from ePayments ewallet to Visa/Mastercard (I think they will fix it soon). But we can send money from ePayment to our local bank account (I did not test it sorry).

The other option with ePayment is related to withdrawal from ePayment ewallet to top up the phone (and I did it many times).
If you have phone number (in your country) so you can top it (make top up payment from ePayments ewallet), and some telephone companies are issuing the cards (Visa/Master cards, plastic or virtual) so we can withdraw money from those our local cards in our countries.

This is the idea about ePayments.

yes i see there is some way that we can exchange ePaymnets to webmoney.

but the problem is ePayment also don't service to us:


if webmoney can not to be available agian, the only alternatives can be new gateways like BTC or PerfectMoney, otherwise with ePayments or cardpay the problem will exist.

it seems adding BTC payouts is a good soloution for all. i texted it to the service desk, you guys please request them too,  by submiting ticket for service desk
