Signal Subscription Not Working

You should check Metatrader journal/logs (or MQL5 VPS journal/logs) for possible errors.
Because if you set everything in correct way so it should be written on the journal, and if you synchronized/migrated your subscription to MQL5 VPS so it is written in the journal as well.
Besides, if some trade is missing so it is written in the journal that it is missing and about why was missing for example.
So, check Metatrader journal/logs (or MQL5 VPS journal/logs in case you are using MQL5 VPS).
I have followed the instructions of copying trades every step. I log on to the commination tab, the signal tab and ticked every box. I also rented VPS but it seems like the trades are not being copied. Trades were being made in the trading history of the signal provider but on my mt4, nothing is happening. How do I fix this? I tried to contact the signal provider but no responses.

Hello, I would like to know if I leave my mt4 on Windows disconnected from server except mt4 on my phone is connecting, still I be able to receive copy trades?
If you use MQL5 VPS you can, if you do not use a VPS you can't.
