UPDATE 04/12/2010: Multi-EA is expanding!

Multi-EA is expanding!

Thanks to Rent-a-Signal's new AUTOTRADING account option (details here: How does it Work? | Rent a Signal), you will soon be able to pick and choose any or all of the Multi-EA strategies.

While the strategy of multiple EA's working to balance risk and increase profit potential appeals to some, it might no suit everyone. Some prefer to trade a single strategy or different combinations of strategies that they can hand pick themselves. Now that Rent-a-signal AUTOTRADING is available, the creators of Multi-EA have decided to keep the original signal and in addition, expose all the EA's that make up Multi-EA as individual signals. More signals, more choice, more ways to benefit from Rent-a-Signal and Multi-EA.

The upcoming Multi-EA family of signals are:

Multi-EA Counter Trend - Details

Multi-EA Counter Trend

This is a counter trend stategy that is part of the Multi-EA signal.

Technical Details

There are actually, at present, two EA's in this signal. Both take advantage of quiet time of the trading day. One trades the EURUSD and the other the USDCHF. They look for ranges and trade in the opposite direction when the price nears the edge of the range - countertrend trade. Since market movement isn't usually large and they capture only a small number of pips on each trade the two have been combined to make this signal more profitable.

This signal can be rented normally, or, included as part of a portfolio of signals that can be used for free with a RAS autotrading account.
