Seems like you are referring to a signal, not an EA as your title suggests.
Somebody may be able to offer you some advise, I have no experience of using a signal, but others have and may be able to answer.

Please help to check my mt5 account <Deleted> -live , the program that I bought is not running.

Please note that in order to copy signals, the subscriber's trading platform should be constantly connected to the server via the account subscribed to the signals.
The platform receives trading signals from the Provider's account and automatically copies them to the Subscriber's one only if the connection to the server is established.
