Your are right, We are so sorry, we just loss connection with RAS EA for just 10 minutes, RAS EA appealed to close all our clients open trades with loss, that means the problem with RAS EA not losing connection for Hours as they told but even for minutes, and so that after we connected with RAS and they answer its Vendor problem!! now we are planning to inactivate our account temporary till we arrive U.S. , because there is no internet server in middle east give you guarantee that don't cut off even for minutes, and about our current clients soon we re-activate our account in U.S. we will offer them one free month of subscribing our signals.
About the current month we will try to keep trading and give our clients signals but even when we use VPS server we can't give guarantee to our clients while we are in Jordon.
And the following is our complaint to RAS,

Please you have to solve the problem of closing trades without closing price, you say this happen if RAS EA loss connection with Seller for several hours, we told not problem we will support our office with several kind of internet connection to switch between them if needed, but the problem your RAS EA close open positions even when we loss connection with it for several minutes and this totally not logical, at less give us few minutes to fix problem of losing connection like changing internet server, I yesterday just lost connection for about 10 minutes now I look my statement there is so many closing trades without closing price, we are waiting for our clients replay, if just we get one complaint from them because of this problem then we will force to stop our signals with RAS and we hope this don't happen.
Even if we use VPS server this will not fix problem because at less we will need to several minutes to change between our computer and VPS server whenever we want to open and close trades.

As RAS EA don't change their behavior of closing clients trades just for few minutes of losing connection nobody can give promise, but we always say we will try our best in our side to fix problem, but nobody can prevent closing trade without closing prize errors problem as it's exist and programed in RAS EA, it is like mine you don't know when and where you will step on. I am using RAS connection_logger EA and I now look to data base, from 2 days ago till now we don't loss connection even for two minutes so from where all this close trade without closing price errors come!!!!!! Frankly, I am so surprised!!!

There is a country blow off (Greece), you don't want our account blow off!!, at this moment there is so many big forex trader they lost and I know some of them, but the problem we are not in contact directly with our clients to tell them what they have to do at such a moment like this, yesterday after we loss about 3000$ from all that big amount of pips we lost, we then soon benefit from market reaction, where we open 3 trade with 3 standardlot to win about 3000$ but we are sorry our clients don't benefit from this step because as we showed before we are not in contact with them directly, but we are planning to offer to our clients our second strategy in forex trading which is more suit with RAS, it has very small stop loss with not more than 3 trades a day with very good lot size for small amount of capital, it's coming soon.
