I'm affraid that there is still a problem with the RAS-EA or the connectionHi Rippes?
We also surprised when we saw these four closed trades without closing price, because our connection is fixed and it's very good, but we think these trades are regarded to the past problems of connection and we are not sure, so we have to watch through this week if same errors occur then we have nothing else to fix, we have to deal problem with RAS EA.

You are right this is very big problem face our system with RAS, but every day we looking forward to fix problem root, in our side we only have to make our system online 24hours/day and thus by using more than one internet service as spare because us we saw even if we lost internet connection with broker for just few minuets RAS EA close our clients open position, and here we once again hope RAS EA programmer do us this favor and re-program RAS-EA by such away to not close open positions whatever happen, but please remember this never means we are hopeless to fix problem in our side us I told soon we will develop our trading room to be ready filtering all this problem and we will show you our trading room pictures in our website to insure you that every thing is ok now and no more closed position with out closing price...

About Technical Issues:
No more closed trade without closing price, we change our internet connection from Modem to ADSL Connection 24Hours/day online, and also after few days we will use VPS provider and thus our MT4 will be online 24Hours/day.
