There is nothing to fix in it. It is working OK
If you are referring to the text, when they made the new metarader 4, we can nt see the original text in the code any more if it is not using the default language/font, so in that part I can not help any more

Here is a version with Ehlers super smoother used for smoothing : trend_analysis_-_historical_-_smoothed.mq4
To turn the smoothing off, set the Smoothing parameter to a value <= 1
