RSX of momentum

This is a metatrader 4 version of rsx of a momentum (instead of using price for rsx calculation, momentum is used)

Is it possible to make Bar indicator for chart window in 3 colors based on RSX indicator's levels (attached)?

for example : above level 70 = Lime green bars, level 30 - 70 = Dark Gray bars, below level 30 = Orange bars
