William Gann - Square of Nine
We will present you William Gann’s Square of Nine: idea of conception, special properties and the characteristics for bull and bear market. We will then find some specific and less known geometrical and mathematical proportions between the numbers in the square. We will then look on the charts for the numbers in the square. We will discover that between a High and a Low there is a specific ratio. This ratio has an explanation and we will find its origin and use. We will end with having a powerful tool that gives us clear targets for the trend to reach.

are there any indicator which draw the gann sr lines horisontal across the chart?
price seems to respect these lines very well!!
I only have this one in lua, it wouldn't work in MT4
but maybe someone could convert it?

In trading world, we should open for any good idea, but should remain skeptical, especially those things that sound too good to be true. Thus, I do further research on W. D. Gann trading techniques. I finally found some materials that actually contradict with what the promoters promoting.

If Gann�s son himself also clarified that his father couldn�t make a living by his own trading techniques, I am pretty sure Gann�s trading techniques most likely not working.
My opinion worth nothing, but i believe Larry William and Gann's son.!!

Hello.
I'm looking for a MT4 version of the so called "Gann Swing Chart".
The Gann's Swing Chart indicates price trends without the time element and eliminates the market ‘noise’.
I searched it all around TSD and the web without success.
Maybe somebody in this thread dedicated to Gann has this smart indicator, or any programmer of good will could code it (it shold not be difficult to code, shortly a swing chart is constructed from a bar chart or a candlestick chart taking the min and max values.
I attach a picture showing how the indicator should appear and another pic showing how the bars are counted to plot the swing graph.
If any coder is interested , I can provide the detailed description of the method.

Has anyone wise enough tried to combine WD Gann Square of 9 and Magic Square of Squares (like on Ben Franklins book page 360) ?
This would be an impossible task unless you are a genius of course.
What to Adjust for different pairs ?
