Here you go (with some little extras) For symbols with very different ATR values (USDJPY compared to EURUSD for example) set the "equalize" parameter to true

That indicator is an "on chart" indicator not unsuitable to make it a multi pair version - oscilators in a separate window aare usually the one that can be made a multi pair indicators

False values in that case will be 0. If your indicator does not produce 0 as a result, then you can use that as a filter. Otherwise you would need to check the size of the history of other symbols too (it is done in that indicator too for each and every symbol it is calculating)
