Im looking for a coder, who can program a correct time zone indicator with TIME, not TRADING HOURS like it is on Metatrader.

I googled a whole web and couldnt find that anyone has done that, at least for public.

I got a demo of it and it is quite cool, check it out- but in using it for a few days it seems good ol' Fib Arcs in ellipse-mode are a better predictor of price change areas. But hey try it and report back if you still think this is an idea worth persuing!
