yes,you are right,after having your reply i reviewed all my terminal setting and found,fault from my side " chart on foreground " was check in,after unchecked line and bar start working.so sorry bothering you.

i am also in search for a perfect side way detector but still not found,may be moderators can help us,any way you can create with bands for your own according to your TF and strategy.as an temporary solution......when fast trend line/band and candles are inside slow band.

i am using this one... which predict the vola in the future and really it works very well, it avoids to enter a trade to the wrong "sideway" "consolidation" time. Maybe Mr. mladen could take something like that indicator in his experiments

No problem to make extrapolation
The only question is which type of extrapolation but will check some things

if you can show or share the code,openly or secretly (for better understanding your idea and type of extrapolation) to moderators,may be they can have some idea about our needs,we only needs to declare choppy/range market situations for to avoid bad/loosing trades..... but i am sure,they already know it as they made some of extrapolation versions before.
